Ranchi News: The health Department has issued an advisory after a nine month old was tested positive for the H3N2 virus in the state. The advisory has been issued for Ramgarh and Ranchi, the officials were instructed to ramp up screening, testing and preventive methods to avoid the spread of virus in the state. Also all the Hospitals have been asked to be prepare to handle the situation. According to the doctors, this infection spreads during 2 seasons first in January to March and second after the Monsoon gets over. The symptoms of this virus are cold, cough and fever.
All Hospitals and citizens must follow all Precautions
All the Hospitals and citizens have been asked to take all the Preventive measures from their end to be safe from all the fronts. People having these symptoms should consult the doctor immediately and people who are stepping out of their houses must maintain all kinds of precautions from keeping themselves hydrated and follow proper hygiene.
‘Labs must monitor all samples carefully’
The district surveillance units of the city have been asked to follow proper screening and take all the Respiratory related issues seriously in the Health Centers. The labs are also asked to monitor all the samples carefully.
