Royal Enfield Classic 500: On the Indian motorcycle market, Royal Enfield may be the most popular brand that serves as a donor motorcycle. A Royal Enfield Classic 500 that has been modified into a chopper is displayed here. The modifications were made in Mumbai by Maratha Motorcycles. Wheels from the American company Demons Cycle
The shop hand-built the motorcycle with a number of customised parts. The custom-built chassis is equipped with a Softail rear swingarm and a massive 310 mm rear tyre. To accommodate this large rear tyre, Maratha Motorcycles had to import wheels from the American company Demons Cycle.
The front wheel is 23″ x 3.5″ in size, while the rear wheel is 18″ x 10.5″ The 48-spoke wheels are part of the Chrome Mammoth series. The rear tyres are Vee Rubber Monster Radial and measure 310/35 R18 and the front tyres are 120/70 R23.
The front end features a custom springer suspension, while the rear end features dual mono-shock suspension units. The job required several thousand man-hours to complete, and the final product measured over 9 feet in length.
Wide handlebar for comfortable riding with multifunction LED bar
Several parts of the motorcycle were handcrafted, including the fuel tank, tank cap, cone air filter, custom wide handlebar for comfortable riding with multifunction LED bar end indicators with parking function, custom hand grips, levers, and footpegs in chrome, flame profile brake, and clutch lever, curved exhaust, and hand-stitched single-seat unit with a leaf pattern.
