Royal Enfield Himalayan 450: One of India’s eagerly anticipated ADVs is the Himalayan 450. It has been seen performing road tests numerous times. In comparison to the present Himalayan, the new Himalayan 450 from Royal Enfield will be more potent and feature-rich. It will have a 450cc liquid-cooled engine with about 40 horsepower of power, USD front forks, and wire-spoke wheels in the 21- and 18-inch sizes, among other things.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 engine details
The main talking point of Royal Enfield’s tough Himalayan 450LC is the 450cc liquid-cooled motor, which is a significant upgrade over the previous Himalayan. The Himalayan 450 will be the first motorbike from the renowned Indian manufacturer to include liquid cooling, and it may possibly gain from 4V technology.
Expected features
Expect Royal Enfield to include cutting-edge innovations like a switchable traction control system and a ride-by-wire throttle. It uses a mono-shock in the back and an inverted front fork. The ADV has block-pattern tyres and spoke wheels at both ends. A larger front disc, perhaps a 320mm unit with dual-channel ABS, is also seen on the test mule.
Expected price in India
It could be offered for roughly Rs 2.80 lakh (ex-showroom) when it is released this year.
