Powertrain details
A brand-new 450cc engine is located beneath the updated shell. This 40bhp and 40Nm engine is the first Royal Enfield engine to use liquid cooling. It is standardly coupled to a six-speed gearbox that has a slipper clutch and assist.
A 334cc BS6 engine that produces 29.89 bhp and 29.84 Nm of torque powers the Yezdi Adventure.
Features onboard
The Himalayan 450 is equipped with a 4-inch TFT instrument console that can be connected to a smartphone, integrated navigation with Google Maps, and connectivity for a helmet communication device. Additionally, ride-by-wire technology with riding modes and switchable ABS are present.
The Yezdi Adventure has an entirely digital LCD instrument console and all-LED light. The speedometer, fuel level, gear position, odometer/trip metre data and clock are all shown on the console. Turn-by-turn navigation is a basic feature on the Yezdi Adventure, which is further enhanced via Bluetooth connectivity via a smartphone. Depending on their riding stance, the rider can even tilt and modify the instrument console for improved visibility.
Price in India
In the Base Kaza brown paint option, the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 costs Rs 2,69,000. While the Summit variant’s Kamet White colour scheme and Hanle Black colour scheme retail for Rs 2,84,000 and Rs 2,79,000, respectively, the Slate Himalayan Salt / Slate Himalayan Poppy Blue colour schemes under the ‘Pass’ variant cost Rs 2,74,000.
The Yezdi Adventure Slick Silver (Matte) model is priced at Rs 2,15,900, and the Mambo Black (Matte) variant is priced at Rs 2,19,900. Yezdi is selling the Whiteout (Gloss) version for Rs 2,19,942 (ex-showroom Delhi).
