This marked her first public appearance post her diagnosis with an autoimmune disease which forced the actor to take a break from her professional front. The actor is currently anticipating the release of her film Shaakuntalam, which is scheduled to released in theatres on February 17.

Samantha was seen arriving at the Mumbai airport on Friday, which has created a frenzy among fans who were waiting for actress’ glimpse with bated breath. Samantha oozed major boss vibes with her head turning appearance. She was dressed in a white sleeveless shirt and pants, sunglasses, and a beaded chain around her fingers as she walked out with a no-nonsense attitude. She maintained a poker face but gave a miss and blink smile to the paparazzi. Check out her video below:
Samantha a part of Citadel
It was recently speculated that Samantha has walked out of Citadel, wherein she will be seen alongside Varun Dhawan. However, her team set the record straight and informed that the actor will soon be beginning shooting for the project. Helmed by Raj and Dk in India, Citadel is the Indian adaptation of Russo Brothers’ multi-series.
Meanwhile, Samantha’s Shaakuntalam will be releasing in theatres on February 14 in 3D.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu announced last year that has been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called ‘myositis’. The actor posted an update about her medical condition on Instagram.
“A few months back I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Myositis. I was hoping to share this after it had gone into remission. But it is taking a little longer than I hoped,” Samantha wrote alongside a photo from a hospital.
