Skoda Enyaq iV: Skoda will soon release its first electric vehicle in India, the Enyaq iV. The company brought it to India a few months back for testing. This electric crossover is based on Volkswagen’s MEB Born Electric platform, whose battery system is used in larger electric vehicles. The rear-wheel drive (RWD) and all four-wheel drive (AWD) options for this electric vehicle are single and dual motors, respectively. The ID4 from Volkswagen shares the same architecture.
Skoda Enyaq iV expected specifications
The Skoda EV seen in India has a 77 kWh battery pack and a dual-motor all-wheel drive system, according to reports. This configuration is said to be capable of providing a range of up to 513 km. It will therefore be among the cars in India that offer the most range. This electric vehicle can reach 100 kilometres per hour from 0 in only 6.9 seconds.
Expected features
The EV will have a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a digital instrument dashboard, smartphone connectivity, leather-wrapped steering, leather and microfiber seats, air conditioning, and ambient lighting on the inside. In addition, the My Skoda app can be used to control the vehicle.
