Stock Market Update: Amidst mixed global signals, buying is being seen in the domestic stock market. In today’s trading, both Sensex and Nifty indices are showing gains. Sensex has strengthened by more than 300 points. Whereas Nifty has also crossed 16000. All-round shopping is being seen in the market today.
In today’s business, more than half a percent is seen in the bank and financial index on Nifty. The IT and Realty indices are also up more than half a per cent. Other indices including financial, metal, pharma are also showing in the green mark.
At present, the Sensex is showing a rise of 316 points and it is trading at the level of 53733. Whereas Nifty is rising by 87 points at the level of 16025. Buying in heavyweight stocks. 27 stocks of Sensex 30 are seen in green mark. Today’s top gainers include HUL, Airtel, LT, ASIANPAINT, INDUSINDBK, INFY, TITAN and TECHM.
Tomorrow, on Saturday, July 16, HDFC Bank’s June quarter results will come. Apart from this, the results of Bharat Electronics, ICICI Pru Life, Netlink Solutions and Welcure Drugs & Pharmaceuticals are also to come tomorrow.
The quarterly results will come on July 15. Apart from this, results of Jindal Steel & Power, Birla Money, Den Networks, Just Dial, L&T Technology Services, Oberoi Realty are also to come today.
LIC has registered an Indian Embedded Value (IEV) of Rs 5,41,492 crore as on March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 95,605 crore as on March 31, 2021. Embedded Value (EV) is a measure of the consolidated value of shareholders’ interest in a life insurance business.
