Tata Motors has launched the dual clutch automatic variant of the Altroz premium hatchback in India with an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 8.1 lakh. The automatic transmission mated to the Altroz DCA is very modern and has been customized to suit the Indian customers. This is the world’s first made with which a planetary gear system has been given. Several segment-first features have been introduced with the automatic variant of the car, including active cooling technology with wet clutch, machine learning, shift by wire technology, self healing mechanism and auto park lock.
Tata Motors has introduced the Altroz DCA with a 1.2-litre Revetron petrol engine, this engine is offered in 4 top models of the car which include XM Plus, XT, XZ and XZ Plus.
The price of the top model of the car goes up to Rs 9.89 lakh. Tata Altroz DCA has been introduced in the new Oprah Blue colour, apart from this the new car has been made available in Downtown Red, Arcade Grey, Avenue White and Harbor Blue colors as well as the Dark range.

This premium hatchback is already very loud in appearance and driving the DCA variant will also become very easy now.
While Tata Motors has made only nominal changes to the exterior of the Altroz DCA, the cabin of the car has been changed a lot. Here the car has been given many other features like premium leatherette seats, auto headlamps, 7-inch touchscreen from Harman, 7-inch TFT digital cluster, rear AC vents and IRA connected car technology.
Since its launch in January 2020, it has been well-liked by the Indian customers, which is the reason why the company is continuously getting huge demand for this car.
Excellent safety features have been given with the new model and Global NCAP has also given it a 5 star safety rating.
