Tata Nano EV: Because there are currently no affordable electric car options available in India, fuel-powered hatchback cars are very popular. Affordable electric vehicles may soon enter the Indian market, and along with the MG Air, the electric version of the Tata Nano may also be unveiled soon.

An electric version of the 2008-released Tata Nano, known as the Tata Nano EV Vehicle, will be made available in India. The Nano, which was intended to be the world’s most inexpensive vehicle, immediately became well-liked in India and other developing nations. By utilising an electric drivetrain, the Nano EV Vehicle elevates that affordability to a new level, making it even more environmentally friendly and economical to operate.

Expected Features
The electric motor that powers the Nano EV Vehicle produces 23 horsepower and 85 Nm of torque. It can travel up to 160 kilometres on a single charge and has a top speed of 110 km/h.
It is expected that the car will support fast charging and 80% of the battery can be charged in an hour. Plus, the car is expected to cost really low compared to other EV on the market.

Sadly, the Tata Nano EV Vehicle has yet to make its official debut. Tata Motors has been developing an electric version of the Nano for several years, but the company hasn’t yet disclosed a release date for the vehicle. As for the price the car is expected to cost around Rs 5 Lakh.
