Tata Nexon: In 2022, the well-liked Tata Nexon sub-4 metre small SUV will see its third price increase. Prices have increased by Rs 6,000, Rs 9,000, Rs 10,000, and Rs 18,000 depending on the version. Tata Motors also raised the price of the Nexon in January and July.
Why has the price been increased?
Due to a sharp increase in overall input prices, Tata Motors announced a price increase for its passenger cars (PVs) earlier this month. The company’s product line had a gain on average of 0.9%.
The price range for the Tata Nexon has changed from being between Rs 7.60 lakh and Rs 14.08 lakh (ex-showroom) to being between Rs 7.70 lakh and Rs 14.18 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Tata Nexon’s price increase comes at a time when sales of the sub-4-meter compact SUV have been strong every month. With 13,767 sales, it outsold competitors including the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Seltos, and Mahindra Scorpio to become the most popular SUV in October.
