Tejashwi in Singapore, Bihar ministers perform puja for Lalu Yadav’s health

Tejashwi Yadav, the deputy chief minister of Bihar, flew for Singapore late on Saturday day in order to be with his father, RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, during his kidney transplant procedure on Monday. Along with him, Tejashwi’s political adviser Sanjay Yadav and Lalu’s close aide Bhola Yadav resigned.

Along with the RJD leader, former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi and her eldest daughter Misa Bharti are in Singapore. Lalu’s second daughter, Rohini Aacharya, will give her father a kidney.

Lalu and Rohini Aacharya will be admitted to hospital on Sunday for pre-surgery tests

Lalu and Rohini Aacharya will reportedly be admitted to the hospital on Sunday for pre-surgery tests, and the kidney transplant procedure will then take place on Monday.

On Saturday, Rohini shared a photo of herself and her dad on social media along with the caption, “We have not seen God but as God I have seen my father.”

In the meantime, a puja was held for Lalu Yadav’s improved health by Bihar ministers and MLAs at the Archana temple in Danapur. As they prayed for the RJD chief’s successful surgery, the locals also performed hawans.

MLA and the ministers performed Jalabhishek and Havan for Lalu’s welfare in the Danapur Kali temple in Bihar.
