According to the anti-terror law UAPA, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) identified a 26-year-old native of Punjab who is currently residing in Canada as a “individual terrorist” on January 9.As per MHA, Arshdeep Singh Gill, a resident of Moga in Punjab, is connected to the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF). KTF is a terrorist group that has been outlawed.
