With a 17.3 kWh battery pack, the MG Comet EV has a stated range of 230 km. It is coupled to an electric motor that drives the rear wheels and produces 110 Nm and 42 PS. With a 3.3kW charger, charging can take up to seven hours.
The base price of the MG Comet EV is Rs. 7.98 lakh, while the top variant is Rs. 9.98 lakh. There are three different Comet EV models available: the Pace base model, the MG Comet EV Plush top model, and the Comet EV Base model.
Tata Tiago EV
The Tiago EV is available with 19.2 kWh and 24 kWh battery packs. An electric motor that produces 61 PS/110 Nm for the smaller battery and 75 PS/114 Nm for the larger battery is connected to both battery packs. The electric hatchback has a stated range of 250 to 315 km with these battery packs.
Tata Tiago EV pricing ranges from Rs. 8.69 Lakh to Rs. 12.04 Lakh for the top model. Five different Tiago EV models are available.
Citroen eC3
A 29.2kWh battery pack and an electric motor with 57 PS and 143 Nm are fitted to the Citroen eC3. It claims to have a 320 km ARAI-rated range.
The base price of the Citroen eC3 is Rs. 11.61 Lakh, while the top variant is Rs. 13.35 Lakh. There are 5 eC3 models available.
Tata Tigor EV
A 26 kWh battery pack is coupled with an electric motor in the Tigor EV. The ARAI claims that the electric sub-4m vehicle can go 315 kilometres.
The base price of the Tata Tigor EV is Rs. 12.49 Lakh, while the top variant is Rs. 13.75 Lakh. There are 4 Tigor EV models available.
Tata Nexon EV
There are two different options for battery packs for the Tata Nexon EV: a 30 kWh pack that can produce 129 PS/215 Nm and has a claimed range of up to 325 km, or a larger 40.5 kWh pack that can produce 144 PS/215 Nm and have a claimed range of up to 465 km.
Price ranges for the Tata Nexon EV range from Rs. 14.74 Lakh to Rs. 19.94 Lakh for the top model. Nine variations of the Nexon EV are available.
