Triumph Daytona 660: Arriving in the UK at a price of £8,595 (about Rs. 9.08 lakh), the much-awaited Triumph Daytona 660 makes its global premiere. 660cc triple platform models include the Trident 660 and Tiger Sport 660, which are available for purchase in India, and this one is the third model. Triumph opted to use the 660 cc engine architecture for the Daytona instead of bringing back the 765 cc triple model in order to keep the price point reasonable and maintain accessibility. Triumph Daytona 660 powertrain details

An inline three-cylinder engine with a six-speed gearbox powers the new Triumph Daytona 660. The redline is set at 12,650 rpm, and it produces 95 horsepower and 69 Nm. Three ride modes are included: Rain, Road, and Sport.

Features onboard

Together with the Rain and Road modes found on previous Triumph 660 models, the Daytona 660 is also outfitted with radially mounted callipers and a Sport riding mode.
While the Tiger Sport 660 and Trident 660 use Michelin Road 5, which is designed for sport touring, the bike is equipped with Michelin Power 6 tyres.
The Daytona 660 is compatible with a large number of extras, such as a bi-directional quick shifter, a luggage rack, and a dashboard-mounted Bluetooth module.

Price details and launch in India

Costing 8,595 pounds (about Rs 9.09 lakh) in the UK, the Daytona 660 is more expensive than the Trident 660, which is priced at 7,895 pounds (around Rs 8.35 lakh). We can anticipate the Daytona 660’s introduction in India in 2024, given that Triumph sells almost its whole worldwide portfolio here.
