Triumph Speed 400 launched in India for THIS much, comes in three vibrant colour options, Details

Triumph Speed 400: Triumph Motorcycles India has announced the introduction of the new Speed 400 in our market to compete with models like the Harley-Davidson X440 and Royal Enfield Classic 350. In India, there is only one version and three colour choices for this new retro-style motorcycle. Options for the paint themes are Carnival Red with Phantom Black, Caspian Blue with Storm Grey, and Phantom Black with Storm Grey.

Triumph Speed 400 price in India

Beginning with the Speed 400, the entry-level Triumph had an ex-showroom price of Rs 2.33 lakh, but the first 10,000 buyers were entitled to a rebate of Rs 10,000, thereby lowering the ex-showroom price to Rs 2.23 lakh.

According to Triumph, the Speed 400 costs Rs 2.68 lakh in New Delhi. Maharashtra and Karnataka have a little higher on-road price of Rs 2.9 lakh.

The Triumph Speed 400 is powered by a brand-new 398.15cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that generates 40 PS at 8000 rpm and 37.5 Nm at 6500 rpm. It is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. A massive 16,000km servicing interval is provided.

All-LED lighting, bar-end mirrors, switchable traction control, and Bosch dual-channel ABS are included on the Triumph Speed 400. While lacking smartphone connectivity or GPS, the semi-digital instrument cluster is still very information-rich, equipped with a gear position indication, distance to empty reading, and warning lights. For charging the electrical items installed on the handlebars, there is even a USB-C socket. Triumph includes options for heated grips, indicators, and luggage in its accessories catalogue. Each of these features comes with a two-year, unlimited mileage warranty.
