Triumph Speed Triple 1200RS radiator fault

The radiator fan’s maximum operating temperature may increase if the bike will be driven in hot weather or in slow-moving traffic, which could result in a motor failure. The bike’s cooling system may spray or leak hot coolant if it detects overheating while the rider continues. To address this, Triumph will voluntarily provide an additional heat barrier to all impacted motorcycles.

The process will be carried out in a methodical manner after dealers are shortly informed. Owners can contact their local dealerships to find out more information in the meantime. The recall has only been announced for the American market thus far. Triumph will release a statement and get in touch with the owners if the issues also affect the models sold in India. But nobody has yet noticed it.

The retail price for the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS in India is Rs 17,95,000. (ex-showroom, Delhi). There are two colours available for it: Sapphire Black and Matte Silver Ice.
