TVS to launch a new electric scooter on 23 August? Could it be Creon? All we know

TVS: For the introduction of a new electric scooter that will be unveiled on August 23, TVS has released a teaser. More information about the planned launch will be released soon, but based on the teaser, it appears that the scooter is the Creon, which TVS first unveiled as a concept at the 2018 Auto Show.

The phrase “electric-flying” appeared in the official invitation, indicating that the Hosur-based company intends to increase the number of EVs in its line-up. The image also had four square lights that were stacked vertically; these lights are similar to the Creon concept’s headlamp, which was released a few years ago. These are the only two items that, as of now, point to the introduction of a new electric scooter.

Creon details

TVS Creon electric scooter flawlessly combined scooter and motorcycle design cues. The electric scooter consequently had a highly athletic appearance and appeared virtually prepared to take on any type of corner.

The TVS Creon concept electric scooter’s outer frame appears to house the battery pack rather than an engine. Having said that, we anticipate that this battery pack will be larger than the 5.1kWh battery pack found in the TVS iQube ST electric scooter.

The TVS Creon electric scooter has a number of distinguishing design elements, such as vertically positioned LED lighting, an exposed handlebar with a floating digital display, and a raised rear part with off-set mono suspension. The perimeter frame of the TVS Creon, though, is what I find most intriguing.

A theoretical range of more than 300 kilometres will be offered by an electric scooter powered by a TVS Creon. Also, we anticipate the performance of this electric scooter to be competitive with 150cc bikes.
