Tax Relief for Ayodhya Temples: On the initiative of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a big decision has been taken regarding temples in Ayodhya. Tax has been waived in the monasteries and temples of Ayodhya. Ayodhya Municipal Corporation passed a resolution for this.
According to the information, the Municipal Corporation passed the resolution on CM Yogi’s announcement of making temples tax free. Temples will now have to pay only symbolic tax. All those monasteries, temples and ashrams have been made tax free, which are not for commercial use. Along with this, the outstanding tax on temples has also been waived off.
UP Cabinet Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna gave this information by tweeting.
CM Yogi had announced that the temples and dharamshalas of Ayodhya would be made tax free. On this announcement of CM Yogi, the Municipal Corporation has put a stamp by bringing a proposal. The Mayor of Ayodhya said that another important decision has been taken on the proposal of councilors Arjundas and Rameshdas. The outstanding tax of temples will also be waived off.
Along with this, as per the instructions of CM Yogi, the Municipal Corporation has also approved the proposal to name Udaya intersection in Ayodhya after Lata Mangeshkar and Tedhi Bazar square after Nishadraj.
