Upcoming Electric Scooters 2023: Electric scooters are becoming more popular in India because they are cheaper and have features like smartphone connectivity and GPS. There are already a few electric scooters on Indian roads, and more are set to come out soon. Here are some electric scooters coming soon to India that people can look forward to.

Hero Electric AE-8

At the Auto Expo, this neo-retro electric scooter has been shown for the first time. Part of Hero’s Trends Series, it has a top-of-the-charts range of 80 km on a single charge and a modest top speed of 25 kmph. You get a full-LED headlight, a halo LED daytime running light (DRL), and a digital instrument console.

Hero Electric AE-75

This scooter was shown for the first time at the 2020 Auto Expo. With a range of 80 km and a top speed of 55 kmph, the scooter is pretty fast. Not much is known about this scooter in terms of its specs.

Gogoro 2 Series

This electric scooter was made by a Taiwanese company called Gogoro. It is a subsidiary of HTC, which is one of the biggest smartphone companies in the world. You can get this scooter in both black and white. The scooter can be customised. There will be more than one colour available for this scooter.

Suzuki Burgman Electric

This scooter is set to come out in January 2023. It looks a lot like its internal combustion engine (ICE) counterpart, with a big front bumper and a long, flowing back end.

This scooter is the only one with a white and blue two-tone colour scheme. It comes with Bluetooth, so it can be paired with your phone.

Bajaj Chetak Electric  

People really like the new Chetak in its electric form. It comes in two versions: Urbane, which costs Rs 1,000,000, and Premium, which costs Rs 1,15,000 more. The scooter has a retro look and comes with LED lights and a digital instrument cluster. It has a 4kW electric motor that can make up to 16 Nm of torque. The 3 kWh lithium-ion IP-67 battery in this scooter lets it go 95 km on a single charge. The battery needs to be charged for five hours. This scooter can go about 78 kmph at its fastest.
