Anand Mahindra: The chairman of the Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra, expressed his admiration for a “three-wheeler” he spotted in Manhattan. Mahindra pointed out that this three-wheeler was unlike other such vehicles he had seen, stating that its style was “oozing out of it” and that it was not intended for last-mile mobility, making it a non-commercial rickshaw.
Anand Mahindra spots a unique three-wheeler in Manhattan
“I spot this ‘three-wheeler’ in Manhattan. It’s no commercial rickshaw! And it’s certainly not about last mile-mobility. This one has style oozing out of it. One day from an Indian company? After all, we’re the global heavyweights in 3-wheelers,” Mahindra wrote.
Anand Mahindra, in his post, conveyed his appreciation for the three-wheeler, emphasising its unique design and notable divergence from the customary Indian auto-rickshaws. Additionally, he made the suggestion that possibly soon an Indian manufacturer will bring these fashionable and cutting-edge three-wheelers to the international market.
