Vivo Y01 smartphone has been launched in the African market. This phone is equipped with MediaTek’s Helio P35 processor, which is supported by 2GB of RAM. Vivo Y01 flaunts a 6.51-inch HD+ LCD display with a waterdrop notch styled selfie camera. The phone has an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. This phone runs on Android 11 (Go Edition) with a layer of Funtouch OS 11.1. It has a 5,000mAh battery, which supports reverse charging.
Vivo Y01 will be available in several African countries including Kenya, but its price has not been disclosed yet. This phone will come in Elegant Black and Sapphire Blue color options. There is currently no information regarding the India launch of the phone.
The Vivo Y01 smartphone with dual-SIM (Nano) slot runs on Android 11 (Go Edition) layered by Funtouch OS 11.1. It has a 6.51-inch HD + (720×1,600 pixels) Halo Fullview IPS LCD display. The display comes with Eye Protection Mode, which filters out dangerous blue light emissions. This phone has MediaTek’s P35 processor along with 2 GB RAM support.
Vivo Y01 has an 8-megapixel single primary camera with f/2.0 aperture. On the front, a 5-megapixel selfie camera has been given in the waterdrop-style notch.
The phone packs 32GB of internal storage, which is expandable up to 1TB via SD card. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth V5, micro USB (USB 2.0) port, USB OTG, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Vivo Y01 has fingerprint scanner, facial recognition sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, GPS etc. It also has the Face Wake feature, which unlocks the phone as soon as the user picks up the smartphone.
Vivo Y01 packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support. The phone also supports reverse charging. Its weight is 178 grams.
