Volkswagen Taigun GT Edge Trail Edition: Tomorrow, on November 2, Volkswagen is scheduled to introduce the Taigun GT Edge Trail Edition in India. Earlier this year, the Taigun and Virtus sedan’s various new trim levels were on display at the Trail Edition’s debut. The car, a limited-edition version, will include some significant upgrades over the base model.

Powertrain details
The engine of the Taigun GT Edge Trail Edition is a 1.5-liter turbo-petrol. A 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DSG are available to match this unit’s 148 BHP and 250 Nm of torque.
Exterior Details
As the name implies, the new GT Edge Trail Edition will have a tough appearance thanks to blacked-out 17-inch alloy wheels, body decals and graphics, and functional roof rails. Regarding colour, the forthcoming Trail Edition will be available in exterior paint finishes of Deep Black Pearl and Carbon Steel Grey Matte.
Interior Details
Volkswagen is expected to make particular stylistic improvements to the interior of the SUV in order to enhance the tough looks of the Taigun GT Edge Trail Edition. Potential modifications could include black upholstery with contrasting stitching and unique Trail badging.
Features-wise, the limited edition Taigun will have an infotainment system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, compatibility for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automated climate control, a digital instrument cluster, powered and ventilated front seats, and an electric sunroof.
