Volkswagen Tayron: The Tayron, a revolutionary three-row SUV being developed by Volkswagen, will arrive in India in 2025. The third-generation VW Tiguan/Skoda Kodiaq platform will serve as the foundation for Tayron.
Volkswagen Tayron powertrain details
The Tayron will be powered by 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol and diesel engines coupled with a 48-volt mild hybrid technology and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. Two petrol plug-in hybrid alternatives will also be available.
Features
The Volkswagen Tayron that is headed to India has a secret interior.
However, we anticipate the SUV to have a roomy seven-seater interior with a simple dashboard, premium leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, multi-colour ambient lighting, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a digital instrument cluster, and a floating-type touchscreen infotainment panel with smartphone connectivity options.
Expected price in India
It should be more expensive in India than the Tiguan’s Rs. 34.7 lakh pricing.
