Volvo: By the end of the decade, a number of automakers, including Volvo, have made the electric vehicle-only commitment. A large amount of money is being invested by the Swedish corporation in the conversion of both its manufacturing facilities and its product line, and it turns out that numerous new electric vehicles are currently in the works. At least six new battery-powered Volvo vehicles will be introduced by 2026, according to a recent report.
Volvo Electric Cars
According to reports, Volvo will introduce a brand-new high-end electric van for the Chinese market in addition to electrifying all of its core models, including all SUVs, sedans, and waggons. By 2026, Volvo Australia will have an all-electric lineup.
The article also makes the assumption that the XC90 and XC60 SUVs will be converted to electric vehicles. The same is reportedly true for the S60 and S90 as well.
It was previously announced that Volvo intended to make its own version of the Zeekr 009 MPV for the Asian markets. The company wants to be safe by starting with an existing model because they have never before made a family van. The MPV’s style will be changed to meet the Volvo design aesthetic, according to the information that is currently accessible. Changes could occur in the engine bay as well.
