Today is the 41st day of the war between Russia and Ukraine. Even after so many days, both the countries are attacking each other. On the other hand, Russian soldiers are being accused of war crimes after photos of the massacre in Kyiv’s Bucha surfaced. More than 400 dead bodies have been found here and so far the bodies are being recovered. Responding to this, President Zelensky has called Russian soldiers murderers and rapists. He also scheduled to address the United Nations Security Council today.
Ukraine’s air force said western Ukraine was attacked by three Russian missiles, which were shot down. At the same time, the fourth missile was stopped from reaching the target. These missiles were launched from Su-35 jets in Belarus.
Ukrainians are increasingly taking refuge in other countries after Russia’s attack. Polish officials said 2.5 million Ukrainian refugees have arrived in Poland so far.
The process of finding dead bodies of civilians has also started in Sumi, Ukraine. The governor here said that the bodies of Ukrainian citizens were found in Konotop of Sumi. These civilians were tortured before being killed. So far, three bodies have been recovered.
According to the Office of the Attorney General of Ukraine, so far 165 children have died in the Russian attack. At least 266 children have been injured. The figures for Mariupol and surrounding cities have not been added to these figures.
Once again air strike warnings have been issued for almost the whole of Ukraine. Sirens are continuously sounding in many provinces of Ukraine including Kharkiv, Kyiv, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, Odessa, Donetsk, Lviv.
