Ola Electric: Ola Electric is considered among the leading EV brands in India. But on the ground, the scenario seems to be contradictory. In a recent event in Ichakaranji , Maharashtra, Ola scooter owners being unhappy with the after sale services protested in front of its Showroom. Demontrating the higher level of frustration and dissatisfaction, a group of people forcefully shutdown the Ola showroom located in Ichaikaranji, the scenario points to the poor after sales service of Ola.
Demand For Improved Service
When people buy any vehicle, along with getting a high quality vehicle, they also expect a responsible and reliable after sales service. Customer from other cities have also reported same issues on social media. Recent Scenario in the Ichalkaranji somewhere shows that this issue is not faced by selected users of Ola Scooters, instead this is a big issue having its existence in most of the service centres across the country.
One of major issue faced by Road Side Assistance Subscribers was the discomfort of taking their vehicles to the sevice centre even after RSA Subscription which completely contradicts with tha basics of RSA Program which is specially framed for customers to avoid discomfort in any unexpected situation on road.
This recent event in Ichakaranji was a considerable demonstration of dissatisfaction by Ola Scoter owners. Along with forcefully shutting down the showroom, they wanted to convey the message they if the sevices will not be improved, it will significantly affect the further sales of Ola EV two-wheelers.
