Agneepath Scheme: Indian Navy will release recruitment, registration will start from July 1

Agneepath Scheme: The process of registration for the first batch of Agneepath will start from July 1. The information was given by Chief of Naval Personnel. On the other hand, the notification will be issued on July 9. According to the Navy, applications for recruitment will have to be submitted from July 15 to 30. Let us inform that the date of physical, written, field test has been fixed in the month of October and November as per the medical examination and orders issued from time to time to the personnel enrolled through Agniveer scheme.

Both men and women will be recruited in the Indian Navy. The first batch of Agniveers will report to the training institutes on 21st November. The Army Chief said that online registration on the Navy’s recruitment website is mandatory for all the job seekers under this scheme, which will start from July.

Agneepath plan announced on June 14

The Agneepath scheme was announced by the central government on June 14. In this scheme, there is a rule to recruit youth between the age of 17 and a half years to 21 years only for four years, out of which there is a provision to retain 25 percent for 15 more years. However, later the government has increased the upper age limit to 23 years for recruitment in 2022.

These Agniveers will have to get the signature from the parents

As per the document, for personnel below 18 years of age, the signature of the parent or guardian will be required on the enrollment form. Agniveer will be eligible for 30 days leave in a year as against 90 days leave for those in regular service. Medical leave will be granted on the basis of medical advice.
