The Calcutta High Court has canceled 36 thousand jobs of teachers in primary schools. Those who have already completed the training will have jobs. The court has asked for fresh recruitment within three months.
The court has said that the government will start a new recruitment process with Manik Bhattacharya’s money.
Justice Abhijit Ganguly’s bench in the Calcutta High Court has ordered the removal of 36,000 illegally appointed primary school teachers.
These teachers have been described as inexperienced. Justice Ganguly has ordered all these teachers to return to school only as para teachers (temporary teachers) for the next four months.
According to the order of the bench, videography of the new recruitment process will be done.
