CBSE Board Exam 2025 : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has commenced the registration process for the Class 10 and 12 board exams for 2025. Students currently in Class 10 or 12 at CBSE-affiliated schools are required to register for the exams through their schools. The online registration process is facilitated through the Pariksha Sangam website (parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in), but students will not need to use the website directly. Instead, they should contact their schools to submit their forms and fees.
Registration Dates:
- Start Date: September 5, 2024
- End Date: October 4, 2024
- Late Fee Registration Deadline: October 15, 2024
Fees Structure:
- LOC Fee for Class 10/12 (5 subjects, within India): Rs 1500
- 5 subjects (outside India): Rs 10,000
- Additional Subject Fee (India): Rs 300 per subject
- Additional Subject Fee (abroad): Rs 20,000 per subject
- Late Fee: Rs 2000 per student (in addition to the normal fee)
- Practical Fee for Class 12 (India and Nepal): Rs 150 per subject
- Practical Fee for Class 12 (foreign schools): Rs 350 per subject
Visually impaired students are exempt from exam fees. It is crucial for students to carefully fill out the exam forms as the details provided will be used in official documents like mark sheets and roll numbers. Incorrect information could lead to complications. Additionally, students should verify their subject codes as no changes can be made after submission.
The CBSE exams are scheduled to begin on February 15, 2025, with the detailed exam timetable expected to be released in November or December 2024.
