Many women in Vrindavan, where Krishna grew up, started storing the butter in a handi at a height, but this didn’t deter Krishna. Because he adored butter, he and his friends would make a human pyramid to obtain it! The child also enjoyed sugar candy, and that is why makhan-mishri is worshipped on Janmashtami.
