The class 10 result 2024 has been released by the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) today. On the official websites, karresults.nic.in and kseab.karnataka.gov.in/english, students can check their scorecards.
Pass Percentage Plunge and Reasons
The pass percentage for this year is 73.40%, a notable 30% decrease from the pass rate for last year. According to Ritesh Kumar Singh, principal secretary of the school education department, there are a number of reasons for the decline, including the use of webcasting to prevent misconduct and guarantee the integrity of exams.
Provisional Results and Marksheet
By entering their roll numbers at sslc.karnataka.gov.in or karresults.nic.in, students can view their provisional results online. Students must retrieve their official marksheets from their individual institutions as the internet result is just preliminary. Name, roll number, school name, topic codes, theoretical and practical marks, pass/fail status, and other information are all included on the marksheet.
Examination Details
Between March 25 and April 6, 2,800 test centres around Karnataka hosted the SSLC exams. More than 8.9 lakh students—4.5 lakh of them male and 4.3 lakh of them female—registered for the tests.
Re-totaling Process
Students can request a re-total if they are not happy with their results. They can next ask for a photocopy of their answer sheets if they’re still not pleased.
