Maharashtra: On Wednesday, two children of a specially-abled school in Maharashtra’s Nasik died because of suspected food poisoning, police said. Other students have also been found in serious condition. those students have been shifted to the Nashik district hospital, wherein they were undergoing treatment.

The 23-year-old Harshal Bhoir, who belonged to Bhiwandi and 10-year-old Mohammed Zuber Sheikh who hailed from Nashik passed away at the Lgatpuri rural hospital, said a police official.
It is reported that 8 students from Anhsugatamaja Matimand Niwasi Vidyalaya, situated near the lgatpuri district, complained of symptoms like vomiting and losing motion soon after they finished their dinner on Tuesday, the police official said.

The school has a total of 120 students enrolled. The students who were suffering were soon taken to the lgatpuri rural hospital. The officials also said that further investigation is on.
