West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2023: The Class 10 board results were released on May 19 by the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE). The pass rate is 86.15%, a slight decrease from the 86.60% of the previous year. The official websites wbbse.org and wb.allresults.nic.in are where students can verify their results.
Online Classes’ Impact on Registrations
State education minister Bratya Basu announced the result declaration on Twitter, informing students that the Madhyamik result would be announced at 10 am and that the score cards would be made available on the official websites at 12 pm. Nearly 11,18,821 pupils took the Madhyamik examinations in 2022; this year, just 6,98,628 children took the exams. Due to online classes they had taken in prior years as a result of the COVID epidemic, some students may not have felt confident enough to sit for the Class 10 examinations, which could explain the fall in registrations.
