Takes Coconut oil with water

During one of her interviews, Esha had stated that the first thing she takes in the morning is Warm water with one teaspoon of extra virgin Coconut oil. Which is not just good for your bones or muscles but for the skin as well.

Believes in switching her Workout routine

Esha Gupta has always stated that she does not like to restrict her body and there is not just one workout routine that she follows. She believes in surprising her body and at times goes for gymming, yoga, Pilates or sometimes pole dancing as well. For a better posture and good stretching.

Huge fan of Dry fruits and protein!

Whenever she feels like snacking or going for something Junk, Esha opts for having dry fruits (which includes Walnuts, raisins, almonds, cashews, prunes, dates).
And in case she is feeling too hungry, then she goes for having A protein rich drink.

In one of her old interviews, Esha Gupta had talked on how before hitting the Gym or going for weight training exercises, she starts her workout by performing the Surya Namaskar that actually preps her body.

A big No to Lactose and Gluten

Lactose and Gluten Rich diet is a Big NO No for Esha Gupta. Therefore, she does not go for milk and as he opts for a gluten free diet and avoids eating bread, cereals, grains and other food items that contain gluten.
