Rather than starting her day with a cup of tea or coffee, Ananya Panday’s mother gives her a special juice in the morning. Which includes Celery, spinach, beetroot and all the greens. The juice acts as a special way for eradicating the toxins from the body.
Allergic to potatoes and rice
In one of her interviews, Ananya Panday had mentioned on how she is allergic to potatoes and rice and completely avoids those things.
Especially when she is following a routine and shooting. She also mentioned on how an excess of these things is also bad for your health. So better to avoid it.
Pilates is the Answer!
Ananya Panday does not believe in going for a hardcore workout. And often opts to do mind as well as body healing exercises. Which includes Pilates and Yoga.

Especially when she is shooting and has a routine, Ananya Panday opts to have an early dinner. And has her last meal by 8 pm maximum. Not just that, she makes sure to eat her breakfast, before starting her day. And makes it a point to never skip that.
