Actor Deepak Tijori takes legal action against Tipppsy co-producer Mohaan Nadar; deets inside

Actor and director Deepak Tijori has filed a case at the Amboli Police station in Mumbai against his co-producer Mohan Nadar, who allegedly duped him of Rs 2.6 crore. The case has been registered under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC, and an investigation is underway.

Deepak files case against Mohan Nadar

According to Mumbai Police, Deepak Tijori had partnered with Mohan Nadar to co-produce a thriller titled Tipppsy, which Tijori was supposed to direct. The film was scheduled to be shot in London in 2019, and Tijori entrusted Nadar with Rs 2 crore and Rs 60 lakh for the same. However, the film was not completed on time, and Nadar kept dodging Tijori’s requests for repayment by giving various excuses.

In his FIR, Tijori also claimed that the cheques provided by Nadar kept bouncing, which led him to file a complaint against the producer. The investigation into the matter is currently ongoing.
