Govinda: Known for his stylish dance moves and witty nature renowned Bollywood actor Govinda recently garnered the public attention. The Shiv Sena leader Govinda shot himself with his licensed revolver, accidentally. ‘Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan’ actor was all set to visit Kolkata, but the incident occurred early on Tuesday morning. As per Viral Bhayani, he is admitted to Critic Care Hospital.
Why did Actor Govinda Shoot Himself?
Well, actor Govinda shot himself came as a shocking news for the fans but he did not do it intentionally. The actor owns a licensed revolver and while cleaning the gun, he accidentally shot himself in the leg. According to ANI and his manager Shashi Sinha, the incident happened around 4:45 AM. His manager Shashi talked about his situation and said, ‘Govinda was getting ready to leave for Kolkata and was putting his revolver back in the cupboard, when it slipped from his hand and the gun went off, hitting him in the leg.’ His manager also talked about the condition of his bullet injury. She said, ‘The doctor has removed the bullet and his condition is stable. He is still in the hospital.’

Many netizens seemed to laugh at the situation, and some expressed concern over Govinda‘s shot. They said, ‘Arey to loaded gun ko kyu saaf karna tha.. unload karna tha na pahle!’ ‘Ayyoo his wife must have irritated him not to talk to Krishna!!’ One user wrote, ‘Mistake: No Depression: Yes.’ Another wrote, ‘Also hope ki common man ke liye bhi police and media be sensitive…’ Some of the comments were, ‘Pr subah suabh 5 bie saaf kr rhe the ye kuch smj nhi aaya subah kisliye saf kr rhe the?’ ‘Ain’t we able to take bullets out before cleaning? I don’t know how the mechanism work? Just a curious question.’ and ‘But why there is so many police officers did he got any threats from his family members…’
However, as per Mumbai Police, the injury is not serious, Govinda was taken to hospital for precautions, ANI reported.
