Created by Castille Landon with a screenplay by Sharon Soboil, the After film series is back with another installment, After Ever Happy. The series finale sets up the ending of the tumultuous relationship between the lovebirds, Tessa Young, played by Josephine Langford, and Hardin Scott played by Hero Fiennes Tiffin.
The fourth installment picks up right where the third one, After We Fell, ended. The pair tried to come to terms with some shocking news and tragedy that puts their relationship on the line. Personal tragedies and shocking revelations put the couple to the test, to see if they can withstand such tragedy and move past it together.
Having witnessed the couple enduring so much hardship since their first meeting, the two lovers will soon realize that they’re not so much different from each other. Here’s what we currently know about After Ever Happy.
After Ever Happy is set for a theatrical release on September 7, 2022, in the United States. Netflix will reportedly be taking responsibility for the film’s distribution, much like with the previous films.
