Star Ezra Miller is in trouble again, as he has now been charged in connection with a May 2022 burglary.
The police report accessed by Deadline reads, on 05/01/2022 at approximately 1755 hr, Vermont State Police were notified of a theft complaint at a residence on County Road in the city of Stamford, Vermont. Preliminary findings indicated that several bottles of liquor were taken from inside the house while the landlord was not present.
As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to indict Ezra Miller for the offense of felony in an uninhabited residence.
“As a result of an investigation that included surveillance videos and statements, probable cause was found to charge Ezra M. Miller with the offence of felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling”, the reports further read.
According to Deadline, police traced the Fantastic Beasts star at 11:23 p.m. On August 7 and September 26, the Vermont Superior Court issued a citation to appear on charges of burglary in the Bennington Criminal Division. The Vermont State Police worked with the Bennington County State Attorney’s Office on the investigation.

Despite Miller scandals so far, Warner Bros. Discovery has stated that The Flash is still scheduled for a theatrical release on June 23, 2023.
Deadline further reports that the latest Miller incident follows a temporary harassment restraining order he received over the summer from a 12-year-old and a mother in Greenfield, MA, for allegedly threatening him.
Also, the parents of 18-year-old Tocata Iron Eyes filed a protection order against Miller alleging grooming and brainwashing their child.
Miller also had two arrests in Hawaii, one involving a dust-up at a karaoke bar.
