After Kangana Ranaut, Rupali Ganguly Takes the Plunge in Politics, Joins BJP

Famous for portraying Anupamaa in the television series “Anupamaa,” Rupali Ganguly has become a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). During the current elections, the actress made her political début at the party’s Delhi headquarters.

In a press conference at BJP’s headquarters in Delhi , Rupali Ganguly said, “…When I see this ‘Mahayagya’ of development, I feel that I should also take part in this…I need your blessings and support so that whatever I do, I do it right and good…”

Famous actress Kangana Ranaut recently joined the BJP after receiving a ticket  from Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. Her foray into politics generated a great deal of attention and debate throughout the country.
