Akshay Kumar collaborated with Tiger Shroff to entertain the audience with wonderful performances and Ajay Devgn made the documentary about football coach Syed Abdul Rahim.
Maidaan and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan to clash on EID
EID is an auspicious festival of Muslims that comes after the one month of Ramadan. Muslims go to the theatre to celebrate the festival and they watch movies of their favourite stars. Filmmakers look for this festival to make their films profitable and successful at the box office. Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan announced last year that the film would be released on EID because the slot was empty. It was the only film that was released on EID.
There were speculations that Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan would also be released on the same day and now, Ajay confirmed the date with a poster of the film. Ajay Devgn took to his Instagram account to share a poster of his upcoming film and he confirmed the release date. He wrote in the caption, “Come, cheer and celebrate with us on 10th April, in cinemas only!”
About both films
Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is a fictional movie that is going to feature the high-octane action scenes of both stars. The trailer for the film will be released on 26th March and it will release in the theatres on April 10. Maidaan, which takes place between 1952 and 1962, tells the story of Syed Abdul Rahim, the renowned football coach who transformed the game in India. It will also be released on April 10.
