PM Narendra Modi recently warned BJP leaders against making inappropriate comments about movies and celebrities. “No one should make superfluous comments that would overshadow the hard work we perform,” PM Modi remarked at the BJP National Executive gathering in New Delhi. Now, Akshay Kumar has responded to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s comments. The actor was asked about the PM’s instructions to party workers at the trailer launch of his film Selfiee. “Positivity is always welcome,” Akshay responded.
Akshay Kumar lauded PM Narendra Modi
Akshay Kumar stated at the trailer premiere for Selfiee, “Positivity is always welcomed. And suppose our Prime Minister says something along these lines. He is India’s biggest influencer. If he says something and things change, it will be beneficial to the industry. And why not? Things must change because we have been through so much. We make films, submit them to the censor board, and then someone says something and phir gadbad ho jati hai. But now that he’s stated it, I believe it’s in our best interests.”
