Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana, Madhuri Dixit and others jet off to Ayodhya for Ram Mandir Consecration; WATCH

The consecration ceremony at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir is the biggest event of the year and several celebrities from the entertainment fraternity are invited to attend the event in the holy city of Lord Ram. Celebrities have started arriving in the city in their traditional and trend setting outfits. After Randeep Hooda, Lin Laishram, Anupam Kher, other actors also started reaching Ayodhya.

The power couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Ayushmann Khurrana, Madhuri Dixit, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal and others were also seen at the Kalina airport in Mumbai in the early morning to attend the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ at the newly constructed Ram Temple in Ayodhya. The celebrities looked amazing in their traditional attires. 

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor jet off to Ayodhya

Alia chose to wear a shawl with her teal saree. She wore few accessories and her hair pulled back in a tidy bun. In contrast, Ranbir Kapoor wore a beige shawl, a matching dhoti, and a white kurta. Before entering the airport terminal, they both smiled for the cameras. In addition to joining them for photos, Rohit Shetty looked sharp in the white kurta pyjamas he wore with a grey jacket.

Madhuri Dixit arrives with her husband

Madhuri Dixit looked stunning as she arrived at the airport wearing a full-sleeve blouse and a yellow saree. She was travelling towards Ayodhya along with her spouse, Dr. Shriram Nene. She gave the photographers a quick wave before making her way to the entrance gate.

Ayushmann Khurrana was seen at the airport

Around the same time, actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who had also received the formal invitation to the event, arrived at the Kalina airport. He also went the conventional route and accessorised with sunglasses and a scarf, wearing pyjamas and a kurta with a jacket.
