Allu Arjun is currently promoting his next film ‘Republic’. On the release day, he missed his cousin Sai Dharam Tej and asked his fans to wish for his speedy recovery. Last month, Sai Dharam Tej met with a bike accident in Hyderabad. The actor was admitted to Medicare Hospital and later shifted to Jubilee Hills Apollo Hospital.
