Kusha Kapila divorce: Kusha Kapila, a content creator turned actor, recently announced her separation from her husband Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia after six years of marriage on her Instagram account. Without sharing many details as to what transpired between the two to come to this conclusion, both Kusha and Zorawar shared a similar statement on social media in which they both said they tried their hardest but “couldn’t anymore.” After the divorce announcement, an old video of Kusha with Karan Johar has gone viral. Kusha Kapila and Karan Johar’s old video on infidelity stuns netizens
As soon as Kusha’s announcement went viral, internet users dug up an old video in which Kusha discussed sexual adultery during a conversation with Karan Johar. In a talk show clip, Karan says to Kusha, ‘We have to exchange our numbers and keep in mind that I’m on WhatsApp all the time. Therefore, WhatsApp is OK; don’t iMessage me. Call me if you discuss any issues you may be having with Zorawar.’ In response, Kusha says she is aware that he ‘therapises’ people, “I’ve watched enough of Karan Johar’s work to know that he is everyone’s go-to source for dating advice.”
Karan then playfully says, “ I am very good at giving relationship advices. The first relationship advice, I will say ‘break up’.” He further adds, “And remember sexual infidelity is not infidelity.” Kusha nods in agreement and says, “I believe that.” While the entire convo was in light fun, the video has now gone viral after Kusha’s separation from her husband.

Kusha announces separating from husband Zorawar
Kusha and Zorawar tied the knot in 2017 after dating for several years. The couple announced their separation on Monday evening with an identical statement.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Kusha Kapila wrote, “Zorawar and I have mutually decided to part ways. This hasn’t been an easy decision by any means but we know it’s the right one at this point in our lives. The love and life we have shared together continue to mean everything to us, but sadly, what we seek currently for ourselves doesn’t align. We gave it our all, until we couldn’t anymore.”
She further wrote, “A relationship ending is heartbreaking and it’s been a tough ordeal for us and our families. Thankfully, we have had some time to process this, but what we shared and built together panned for over a decade. We still need a lot more time and healing to get to the next phase of our lives. Our current focus is to get through this period with love, respect and support towards each other. We will continue to co-parent the love of our lives, Maya. And continue to be each other’s cheerleaders and pillars of support.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Kusha was last seen on screen on Masaba Masaba 2. She was also a part of Plan A Plan B, Selfiee and Case Toh Banta Hai among others.
