Film Actress Amisha Patel did not appear in the court in the Cheque bounce case .She has requested the court for some more time, the next hearing has been scheduled to July 10th. The court has asked her to be physically present on that day. She was also issued a warrant by the Ranchi Court a few months ago in connection with a case of fraud and transaction of 2.5 crore Rupees. The case is of the year 2017 when a program on Digital India was organized in Ranchi’s Harmu Housing colony, where Amisha Patel along with Ajay Singh were present as Chief Guest. They spoke and decided to invest in a film.

Actor charged in Cheque Bounce case
Businessman Ajay Singh had transferred a Cheque of Rupees 2.5 crore in Amisha Patel’s account and she promised him to make a film by the name of ‘Desi Magic’ . Even after waiting for so long, Ajay Singh never heard from her about the movie, he tried to reach her but she ignored, Ajay Singh then asked for his money and after a lot of requests she transferred a Cheque of Rupees One crore which was later bounced.
