New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan, the legendary star of Bollywood, now proudly owns a whole floor in an opulent Mumbai apartment.
Big B has purchased the 31st floor of the opulent Parthenon flats, which are located in the Mumbai suburbs, according to a TOI report.
The apartment has over 12,000 square feet of space and is a part of one of the fanciest residential developments in the city.
The report further added that Bachchan has simply purchased the house as an investment and does not have any immediate plans to leave the comforts of his home Jalsa.
In 2021, Amitabh Bachchan had already purchased a home for 31 crore. Although he had purchased the home in 2020, the registration was completed in 2021. Amitabh Bachchan spent 62 lakh rupees in stamp duty for this property, according to his registry.
Just behind his Jalsa home, he reportedly paid more than 50 crore for another property. In 2013, the actor also purchased a home. He also owns a house called Pratiksha.
According to the allegation, Amitabh Bachchan rented the ground floor of his home Ammu and Vats in Juhu to the State Bank of India (SBI) in 2021, earning a fixed sum of money from the arrangement. Kriti Sanon is the tenant of actor Amitabh Bachchan’s Andheri duplex home.
The duplex residence is located on floors 27 and 28 of the Atlantis structure on Lokhandwala Road in Andheri West. It contains four parking spaces. The duplex property will cost 10 lakh per month for two years to rent.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan will next be seen in the family entertainer ‘GoodBye’ co-starring Rashmika Mandanna. The film is set to hit the theatres on October 7, 2022.
