Metro… In Dino: Filmmaker Anurag Basu has announced his new film Metro In Dino. The film comes 15 years after his Life In A Metro was released in 2007. Metro In Dino has Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Pankaj Tripathi besides Anupam Kher in key roles.
Konkona Sensharma, who was there in the previous film, also features in Metro In Dino. Besides , Ali Fazal and Neena Gupta also feature in the film.
Tale of the people, for the people
Basu has called the new film a “tale of the people and for the people”. He said in a press statement, “The storyline is very fresh and relevant as I look forward to collaborating with amazing artistes who bring that essence of contemporary aura with them.”
Anurag will also reunite with music composer Pritam in for the film. Pritam had composed music for th Life in a… Metro and also Ludo of Basu, among others. Anurag said that Pritam adds life to his characters. “As music plays a very important role in any film, I couldn’t be happier to be collaborating with my dear friend Pritam who has literally added life to the characters and story with his work,” he said.

Produced by T-Series and Anurag Basu Productions, Metro… In Dino brings to you bittersweet stories of human relationships in contemporary times!
