Anurag Kashyap is over the moon as daughter Aaliyah Kashyap gets engaged to boyfriend Shane, shares congratulatory post

Anurag Kashyap Daughter: Anurag Kashyap is one proud father. The director, who is currently attending the premiere of his film Kennedy at the Cannes Film Festival 2023, congratulated his daughter who is now engaged to her long-time boyfriend, Shane on Saturday.

Aaliyah Kashyap is now engaged 

Aaliyah Kahsyap, the darling daughter of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, announced her engagement to boyfriend Shane in an Instagram post. The 22-year-old shares two pictures on Instagram to share the happy news. In one of the pics, she was seen flaunting a beautiful ring, while the other saw her kissing finale Shane. 

Captioning the post, she wrote, “soooooo THIS HAPPENED!!!!! to my best friend, my partner, my soulmate and now my FIANCE! you are the love of my life. thank you for showing me what real & unconditional love feels like. saying yes to you was the easiest thing i’ve ever done & i can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you, my love. Anurag Kashyap congratulates daughter Aaliyah

Anurag Kashyap took to his Instagram stories to congratulate daughter Aaliyah and her fiance Shane. Sharing the pics originally shared by Aaliyah, he wrote, “She is all grown up. So much so that she is now engaged. (sic)”

Meanwhile, Anurag’s ex-wife Kalki Koechlin also took to the comment section of Aaliyah’s post and wrote, “Oh wowwwwww,” followed by a heart-eye emoticon. Janhvi Kapoor, in disbelief, wrote, “What!!!!” Alanna Pandey, who recently got married to her boyfriend Ivor, also congratulated bff Aaliyah and wrote, “Omg!!!!! Congratulations babies. big love always.” “This is all kinds of beautiful!! Congratulations you two,” wrote actress Sobhita Dhulipala. 

For those who don’t know, Aaliyah is the daughter of Anurag Kashyap from his first wife Aarti Bajaj. The 22-year-old is an internet sensation and often posts videos of her adorable GRWM sessions.
