Anushka Sharma: Actor Anushka Sharma frequently gives us some major fitness goals. Herself a fitness enthusiast, she loves to challenge herself working out in the gym. Anushka also swears by yoga which is evident from her latest Instagram stories. She has shared some advanced level yoga asanas with effortless ease.

Chakrasana or wheel pose
In one, she is doing chakrasana or wheel pose effortlessly. The pose is said to strengthen the legs, arms, spine and abdomen while opening up the chest. It also stretches the shoulders, hip flexors, glutes, and thighs while increasing flexibility.
Lalwani wrote , “Anushka Sharma, pure heart, wide open heart”.
In another, she is doing a wall-supported headstand or salamba sirsasana.
King of poses
According to yoga experts sirsasana is aptly called the king of poses and is very effective and has amazing benefits. Since it’s headstand, the blood moves from the lower body towards your heart which strengthens the heart, and refreshes the brain.
But in the photo, Anushka is balancing her weight on the arms and not her head. This can make one feel lighter and in perfect harmony and balance. It aligns the spine well.
“This exercise is ‘hands-down’ (and legs up) the most difficult one,” wrote Anushka, while sharing how she continued with her yoga practice throughout pregnancy.
“As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant barring twists and extreme forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support,” she added.
Earlier during her pregnancy too, Anushka gave major fitness goals as she did the headstand with support from Virat Kohli.
